Some rug dealers/cleaners have fake text testimonials on their websites. It is easy to create different accounts and post text testimonials as Jack, Sarah, and Robert. We have a camera at the rug gallery and we occasionally ask a customer to give us a video testimonial and they are more than happy to do it.
