One of the mind-boggling concepts in the rug business is cutting oriental handmade rugs. Hi Deidre. Thank you very much for commenting. We try not to cut rugs to make them smaller but sometimes that is the only solution to a problem like a necessary surgery.
It is good that let your clients know that if they find the right rug that is the wrong size something can be done to make it fit. If more people know this then there might be less rugs tossed out or passed by.
