Today’s post follows up a previous post on the cleaning and reweaving of a large Indian Rug that we picked up from one of our customers. When we last left off the rug had been completely deep cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. With the rug in clean condition it was now time to take a look into the tear that had been caused by the previous company that attempted to clean it. Take a look at the damage below:

Our master weaver went to work on it and in about 1 week we had the finished rug. All the work was done by hand and great care was taken to color match the area. Take a look:

The owner was extremely happy with the cleaning/reweaving job and told us how the rug was one that had passed on to her by her mother. She could not wait to show her mother the like new condition it is now in. We love hearing these stories; and we love more that we could be part of the process to making it happen!
