I love these guys! They know rugs.Their customer service is great, they were all just really nice people. I don’t know what type of rug the person who gave the negative review has, maybe they own an inexpensive rug that wasn’t in need of any special care. Mine however is an old high pile Flokati rug that can not just be steam cleaned. It also needed a little repair. Its a piece I want to keep in good condition and own for a very long time. They took great care of the rug and of their customer. It looked great when it was done!!!! Also I don’t love in LA but could not find anyone in my area who knew how to care for my type of rug. I dropped it off and they shipped it back to me for way less then gas there.
