We picked up an old hook rug from one of our clients for cleaning and repair few weeks ago. One of our master weavers was assigned to work on the repair and restoration of this rug which had sentimental value to the owner. Our weaver did a great job and after we inspected the rug, we delivered to our clients house and placed it under her bed.

After the rug was delivered, we received a letter from our client. This is what she wrote.
Dr. Kay,
What an amazing job you did on our rug. That rug has been in the family for years and has a lot of sentimental value to my husband. I had given hope. I thought at last, I would get a patch job but instead I got back a masterpiece. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.
