The fifth New York International Carpet Show, NYICS will be held from 09/20 to 09/22/2009 on the famous 5th Avenue in New York. I have visited this show. Dennis Dodds a well known rug scholar/collector is the organizer of this high-end carpet exhibition. If you look for ordinary rugs or low quality commercial carpets, this show is not for you; but if you’re looking for innovative high end rug producers and exceptional quality, do not miss this unique event.
