This association was formed by influential members of the rug care community with the goal of advancing the art and science of rug care, educating rug care professionals, raising consumer awareness about quality rug care, and cultivating relationships with leaders in rug care-related industries.
The ARCS officers and board develop educational curriculum that addresses key issues such as rug identification, cleaning techniques and business management courses. The technical courses are taught by some of the most experienced rug cleaners in the industry. ARCS members are experienced professionals committed to the highest levels of customer service, technical knowledge and business management in the rug cleaning industry.
